Plaintiff's Motion is GRANTED. in its entirety, Defendant ROBERT STENSON is ORDERED: (1) to produce documents responsive to Plaintiff's inspection demand, Nos. 20, 21, 35, 38, and 44, without objections; (2) to produce responsive documents, without objections, to Plaintiff's inspection demand, No. 10, within 10 days from the date this Motion was heard, Code of Civil Procedure 2025.410 et seq., 2025.450 et seq, 2025.480 et seq., 2031.210 (a)(1), 2031.320 et seq., and 2031.010 et seq.
Monetary sanctions are awarded in the amount of $9,260.00 against Defendant ROBERT STENSON and/or his attorneys of record, TOSCHI DOYLE HOUVENER WELLEN pursuant to C.C.P. 2025.450 et seq., 2025.480, et seq., 2023.050(a)(1)&(2), and 2023.010 et seq. Moving party to submit a proposed order for the Court's approval.
