Pursuant to the Plaintiff's Status Conference Statement filed on January 23, 2025, the matter has been resolved. To the extent Plaintiff's Status Conference Statement requests an appointment of a referee pursuant to section 7 of the May 7,2025 Stipulation and Order, the request is not being addressed as it is not properly before the Court on this Motion. =(501/CFH)
