No later than February 4, 2025 Plaintiff's counsel to submit a supplemental declaration: (1) providing the details regarding failure to check work e-mail upon the return from vacation and at any point before October 8, 2025; e.g. did counsel not check the e-mail at all; did this one e-mail get missed, etc.; (2) addressing the service of Reply to non-opposition on October 2, 2025; and (3) addressing the delay in reaching out to opposing counsel between October 2, 2025/October 9, 2025 and November 3, 2025; and (4) addressing the delay in filing this motion between October 8, 2025 and November 30, 2025. =(501/CFH)
