PLAINTIFF LENDERS COMMERICIAL FINANCE, LLC MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE ACTIONS OF CASE(S) CGC-25-622142 WITH CASE CGC-25-622140 is DENIED without prejudice.
The motion is not accompanied by argument or evidence to support the contention that the issues in these actions are substantially identical. Conclusory statement in the declaration of Lawrence Fasano is not sufficient.
The Court also notes that Plaintiff argues in the motion that there is a "risk of inconsistent rulings on the ownership of the same parcel of real property." However, Exhibits A to each of the complaints subject to this motion describe different parcels. Compare: "Condominium Unit No. 1, Lot 50" vs. Condominium Unit No. 6, Lot 55." No explanation is provided for the claim re: "same parcel of real property." =(501/CFH)
