DEFENDANT TURK STREET INVESTORS LLC MOTION TO STRIKE Amended COMPLAINT is GRANTED with leave to amend. Request for punitive damages is stricken.
Plaintiff shall have 10 days from notice of entry of order to file an amended complaint stating facts (not conclusions) supporting a request for punitive damages against a corporate defendant. Plaintiff must specify which cause of action Plaintiff is seeking punitive damages under. Plaintiff shall not list "Punitive Damages" as a separate cause of action as is currently stated in the Third Amended Complaint. If Plaintiff fails to timely amended the complaint, Defendant shall file an answer to the Third Amended Complaint (subject to this order). =(501/CFH)
