1. The 4/11/2024 order in criminal case no. 22-CR-006453, which provides that the deed of the property to Rose Merita Williams is void, and that "Defendant Rose Merita Williams aka Rose Williams, has no interest in the property located at 967 62nd Street, Oakland, California 94608..."
2. The 1/24/25 order in probate case no. RP23140188, which prohibits Rose Merita Williams from taking action action to encumber, transfer, or sell the property at 967 62nd Street, and the 9/15/25 Order in that case denying Rose Merita Williams' petition to confirm her ownership of that property.
