Howard vs. St. Jude Heritage Family Medicine

The motion by defendants St. Jude Heritage Family Medicine and Billie Park, DO, to compel plaintiffs Delman Howard and Kim Howard to provide responses to Special Interrogatories, Set One, and Requests for Production, Set One, are CONTINUED to October 30, 2026 at 9:30 AM. Defendants’ motion to compel plaintiffs to provide responses to Form Interrogatories, Set One (ROA 29) is also CONTINUED to the same date.

The declarations in support of all motions indicate the subject discovery, with proof of service, was attached as an exhibit. (Plesset Decl. in support of respective motions, ¶ 3.) However, no exhibits were attached to the moving papers. The Court thus cannot determine whether the discovery was properly served, or by which party or parties.

Moving parties shall file and serve a supplemental declaration by September 1, 2026, with copies of all discovery requests which are the subject of the pending motions, including proofs of service.
