for Michael Walker on February 26, 2026. The Court previously quashed service of summons as to this individual in an Order dated October 6, 2025, on the grounds that this Michael Walker had established he was incorrectly identified and is not the Michael Walker identified in the Compliant. It appears Plaintiff has simply served this same individual again. An appearance is necessary on today’s calendar to discuss status of service.
