The motion of Jeffery P. Boykin, counsel of record for defendants McCabe General Contracting LLC and Sean McCabe, seeks orders relieving him as counsel for each of Defendants is granted as to McCabe General Contracting LLC and denied as to Sean McCabe.
Sean McCabe was dismissed from this action on 4/13/26. [ROA #92.] Accordingly, he is no longer a party to this action and the court has no jurisdiction over him.
As to McCabe General Contracting LLC, the court will sign the proposed order.
Upon the signing of the order, counsel shall serve the signed order on Defendant McCabe General Contracting LLC and on plaintiff Quick Bridge Funding, LLC. Counsel will be relieved as counsel of record for Defendant McCabe General Contracting LLC effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed and revised (OSC re. Representation on September 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.) order upon Defendant and Plaintiff.
