CROSS DEFENDANT 851 CALIFORNIA, LLC, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, MCG OPERATIONS, LLC DEMURRER to CROSS COMPLAINT is SUSTAINED. Under Section 29.9 of the Lease Tenant shall bring its claims in a separate action.
