On Plaintiff Shahida Tais (Plaintiff) Motion for Interlocutory Judgment of Partition by Sale, Appointment of Referee, Order of Immediate Sale, and Request for Bifurcation (the Motion for Partition), the Court CONTINUES THE HEARING TO THURSDAY, 9/10/2026 at 2:30 p.m. in Dept. 512 to allow for the resolution of the Motion to Consolidate pending in a related probate action now in Dept. 103. The Court understands that the hearing on the Motion to Consolidate has been continued to 8/28/2026. Therefore, the Court sets a continued hearing date on the Motion for Partition by Sale far enough out to allow for the Motion to Consolidate to be decided.
CONTESTING TENTATIVE RULINGS
