The court intends to order the deposition subpoena to Bank of America modified as follows: Exclude the production of documents as related to all Payable on Death accounts to Respondent Angela Fluke including, but not limited to the specific requests of the Petitioner's April 1, 2026, subpoena to Bank of America N.A. - Savings Account ending in 8150; Certificate of Death Account ending in 8340; and Certificate of Death Account ending in 6654.

The court intends to grant the motion to quash as to the Deposition Subpoena to Oak Crest Law Group.
