The Court intends to grant the motion and issue an order requiring Respondent to provide her daughters contact information including full names, phone numbers and home, email and mailing addresses within ten (10) days of the service of Notice of Order. (C.C.P. § 2025.480). The court finds the respondent, James Smiths, failure to comply with a court order to provide responses to interrogatories a misuse of the discovery process. (CCP §2023.030(a))
The Court orders sanctions against Respondent in the amount of $2,005 to be paid directly to Petitioners counsel within ten (10) days of service of Notice of Order. (CCP §2023.030(a))
