Tentative Ruling Appearances are required. The following must be submitted: Proof of Service of Notice (DE-120) . Notice must be given 15 days before hearing to all heirs/devisees of estate, any beneficiaries of a trust if distribution made to trust, persons who requested special notice, or to Attorney General if a devisee is a charitable trust (Prob. Code, Sec.Sec. 11000, 1220). Notice must include at least 10 point boldface type notifying the persons receiving notice of their right to petition for an accounting of the estate. Inventory & Appraisal. An Inventory and Appraisal must be filed within 4 months after issuance of letters.
