ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.

The Court makes the following order after review of the case without a hearing:

Unclear if Plaintiff will file an amended pleading as ordered on February 5, 2026.

If no amended pleading is filed and served on or before July 31, 2026, the Court will conclude that no amendment is possible and dismiss the Sixth Cause of Action - Fraudulent Concealment. The parties will then proceed on the complaint filed on June 26, 2026.

Defendant shall file and serve an Answer no later than August 15, 2026 and the Court will then issue a trial setting order.

The Case Management Conference compliance check for filing of amended complaint scheduled for 07/14/2026 is continued to 09/08/2026 at 02:00 PM in Department 520 at Hayward Hall of Justice.

Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record. The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
