ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.

In its prior order, the Court granted Defendant's request for stay and continued the CMC for the parties to submit a joint status update. Specifically, the Court ordered:

"The parties shall submit a joint statement not to exceed ten (10) pages advising as to the status of proceedings in the federal class action lawsuit known as In re Chevrolet Bolt EV Battery Litigation, E.D. Mich. Case No. 2:20-cv-13256-TGB-CI (the “Class Action”) at least fifteen (15) days prior to the 4/22/2026 status conference."

No such statement, joint or otherwise, appears in the Register of Actions. The matter is continued for counsel to file a joint status update at least 15 days before the conference.

Counsel are WARNED that failure to comply, absent a showing of good cause, will result in the imposition of monetary sanctions.

The Case Management Conference Status Conference Re: Stay scheduled for 05/28/2026 is continued to 08/19/2026 at 02:30 PM in Department 512 at Hayward Hall of Justice.

Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record.
