The Guardian is to cure the deficiencies in the filed status report as described in the Court Investigator memo. The case is continued one month to August 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 61 for proof of compliance with the order to cure the deficiencies. If the Guardian has at that time filed an amended GC-251 or a verified declaration providing the required information, an appearance will be waived, and a new hearing date shall be set for one year out for the filing of the annual Status Report.
