Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Defendant's Responses to Plaintiff's Interrogatories, Request for Production of Documents, to Deem Facts Admitted and Request for Sanctions Against Defendant in the Amount of $585 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
Defendant shall serve complete verified responses without objection to Plaintiff's Form Interrogatories-Unlawful Detainer (Set One); Form Interrogatories-General (Set One); and Request for Production of Documents (Set One) within 5 days of notice of entry of order.
Motion to deem admissions is denied, because Defendant has served a substantially compliant response to Plaintiff's Requests for Admission before the hearing.
Sanctions granted in the amount of $585. Provided, however, that the sanctions will be waived if Defendant timely complies with this order by serving complete verified responses to the outstanding discovery, as directed above.=(501/CFH)
