PLAINTIFF BELL PROPERTIES Motion To Compel Defendants Marceisha Blueford's, Jessiah Newton's And Maurice Harrison's Responses To Plaintiff's Form Interrogatories: General, Set One, Plaintiff's Form Interrogatories: Unlawful Detainer, Set One, Plaintiff's Request For Production Of Documents, Set One, To Deem Facts Admitted And Request For Sanctions Against Defendants Marceisha Blueford, Jessiah Newton And Maurice Harrison In The Amount Of $585.00 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
Motion to compel responses to discovery is GRANTED, as follows: (1) Defendant Blueford shall serve complete verified responses without objection to Plaintiff's Form Interrogatories-Unlawful Detainer (Set One); Form Interrogatories-General (Set One); and Request for Production of Documents (Set One) directed to Defendant Blueford, within 5 days of notice of entry of order. (2) Defendant Newton shall serve complete verified responses without objection to Plaintiff's Form Interrogatories-Unlawful Detainer (Set One); Form Interrogatories-General (Set One); and Request for Production of Documents (Set One) directed to Defendant Newton, within 5 days of notice of entry of order. (3) Defendant Harrison shall serve complete verified responses without objection to Plaintiff's Form Interrogatories-Unlawful Detainer (Set One); Form Interrogatories-General (Set One); and Request for Production of Documents (Set One) directed to Defendant Harrison, within 5 days of notice of entry of order.
Motion to deem facts admitted is DENIED, as the Defendants have each served a substantially compliant response.
Request for sanctions is GRANTED in the total amount of $585, provided, however, that if all Defendants comply with this order by timely serving proper responses to all outstanding discovery as ordered, the sanctions shall be waived.
Plaintiff's counsel is admonished to comply with CRC 3.1110(f)(3) with regard to all courtesy copies provided to department 501 in the future, by including tabs for all exhibits. =(501/CFH)
