A judgment pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement shall enter in favor of Plaintiff and against the Defendant as follows: (a) the unpaid principal balance of $510,000.00 due under the Settlement Promissory Note; (b) contractual interest of $13,693.15 from September 25, 2025 thought January 1, 2026, minus credit for $15,000 (the balance to be credited towards the unpaid principal); (c) Plaintiff's reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in the amount of $3,435.00 to enforce the Settlement Agreement and collection of payment. =(501/CFH)
