ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT AND DISMISSAL OF ACTION

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.

An OSC in re DISMISSAL was issued and noticed for hearing on July 10, 2026.

Plaintiff filed Requests for Dismissal on June 24, 2026 and June 25, 2026 seeking to dismiss the lead action (and consolidated matters) WITH prejudice - the complaint and the entire action of all parties and all causes of action.

This case is hereby dismissed WITH prejudice.
