ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case, including timely filed Case Management Statements, without a conference.

After review of the Joint CMC Statement, the Court will continue the OSC re:Dismissal. Counsel will report at the July 10, 2026 CMC whether they have completed signing of the long form settlement agreement.

Order to Show Cause Re: Dismissal Conditional Settlement is scheduled for 09/11/2026 at 09:30 AM in Department 15 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.

Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record. The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
