The Motion for Stay of Proceedings filed by Tesla, Inc. on 06/12/2026 is Granted.

The motion of Tesla to Stay Case Pending Related Writ Petition (CRS# A-179770-001) is GRANTED. On 6/26/26, Plaintiffs Adreauna Chess, et al. (“Plaintiffs”) filed a notice of Non- Opposition. See separate order. The Court previously ruled that the following cases are related: Smith v. Tesla, 25CV133754 Brown v. Tesla, 25CV134492 Hodges v. Tesla, 25CV134548 Bibbens v. Tesla, 25CV134602 Barnette v. Tesla, 25CV134790 Jack v. Tesla, 25CV146348 Patrick v. Tesla, 25CV146481 Chess v. Tesla, 26CV179770 Mayberry v. Tesla, 26CV192816

Within 7 days after remittitur or any order lifting the stay, Counsel will inform the Court. The Court related this case to the Smith et al cases and will set a CMC on August 24, 2026 at 9:30 am to assess status of remittitur.

The Court hereby stays the case in its entirety.
