The unopposed motion of attorney Rebecca Neubauer to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Daryl Brown is GRANTED. (CRC 3.1362.)

The court will sign Counsel's proposed order. (MC-053.) Counsel must serve the signed order upon Plaintiff, and file proof of service with the court. The order will become effective upon filing of the proof of service. (CRC 3.1362(e).)

Counsel shall make a reasonable attempt to notify Plaintiff of the Court’s tentative ruling, including the order to appear, and the process for properly contesting by 4:00 p.m. one court day prior to the date of hearing.
