The Court notes that Petitioner Jeffrey Loebl filed a total of eight I&As in this relatively modest sized estate. All of the I&As, except for the first one, appear to have been filed untimely. (Prob. Code, §§ 8800, 8801.) There were numerous corrections and one correction of a correction.
The accounting ends four months prior to its filing date. Accountings to the Court should not end more than 2 months prior to the filing date.
The Court will approve the final account and report. Approve $7,709.89 in statutory fees each to Petitioner and his counsel. The proposed final distribution of the estate to the trustee of the Sinker Trust Dtd 6/28/17 is consistent with the terms of the will.
