The court intends to approve the First Account and Report; Approve a bond fee in the amount of $86.44 for payment to the Public Guardian from the conservatorship estate; Approve conservators fees in the amount of $3,625.00 for the Public Guardian, and for those fees to be deemed a lien on the estate; Approve attorney fees in the amount of $2,388.75 for County Counsel, and for those fees to be deemed a lien on the estate; and Authorize the Public Guardian to sell the Conservatee's 2014 Chevrolet Cruz for the best and highest obtainable bid.
The court intends to order that all future accountings are waived provided they fall within the provisions of Probate Code §2628.
The clerk shall give notice.
