LINE CASE NO. CASE TITLE TENTATIVE RULING 9:01 19CV357522 Le-Chi vu Hearing: Return of Warrant & 1 v. Order of Examination Daniel Duc Vu Judgment Debtor Daniel Vu (“Vu”) was Ordered to appear in person in Department 16 on October 15, 2025 at 9:01 AM for an Examination where he was to give information regarding a money judgment against him.

Because Daniel Vu violated the Court Order by failing to appear at the October 15, 2025 hearing for Examination, the Cout issued a Civil Bench Warrant for Daniel Vu’s arrest in the amount of $5,000.00.

That $5,000.00 Civil Bench Warrant was served on Daniel Vu on May 28, 2026, at which time he signed he written promise to appear in person for this Examination on July 8, 2026 at 9:01 AM in Department 16.

Accordingly, Daniel Vu is ORDERED to appear in person for this Examination on July 8, 2026 at 9:01 AM in Department 16.

If Judgment Debtor Daniel Vu does not appear as Ordered on July 8, 2026, at 9:01 AM in Department 16 and give information regarding a money judgment against him, then a new Civil Bench Warrant will issue against Daniel Vu with bail set at $10,000.00. Specifically, if Judgment Debtor Daniel Vu does not appear then Plaintiff Le-Chi Vu is to prepare and file a Civil Bench Warrant against Daniel Vu with bail set at $10,000.00 using Form CW- 9002 that will be given to Judgment Creditor’s counsel by the D16 Courtroom Clerk.

SO ORDERED.
