The Court notes that this is the second time this motion was filed without including a Notice of Motion as required under CCP 1010.
On the merits, the motion is denied. Timonthy West is enjoined from transferring, selling, or encumbering the property per the November 19, 2025 Order. The motion fails to identify any statute or caselaw allowing the Court to set aside an abstract of judgment that was recorded in 2023. =(501/CFH)
