Motion to Vacate Dismissal & Enter Judgment Pursuant to Stipulation
The unopposed motion by plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., to vacate the dismissal entered January 2, 2024, and for entry of judgment pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 is GRANTED. The undisputed evidence shows that defendant Rangel Sandoval defaulted under the terms of the written settlement agreement entitling Plaintiff to entry of judgment in the amount of the entire unpaid balance owed by Defendant, plus court costs, less any payments received by Plaintiff.
The Court will sign the proposed order and proposed judgment submitted by Plaintiff with the moving papers. Plaintiff shall provide Defendant with written notice of the judgment.
