Plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.'s unopposed Motion To Vacate Dismissal Under C.C.P. 664.6 & Enter Judgment Pursuant To Stipulation is GRANTED. Good cause appearing and consistent with the parties' agreement and Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6, dismissal is vacated and judgment shall be entered as such: Plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. shall recover $4,809.26 in principal and $300 in costs, for a total judgment of $5,109.26. This is the judgment authorized by the settlement agreement and related events.
Prior to the time set for hearing, Plaintiff shall lodge by email to contestdept302tr@sftc.org a proposed order containing the above text verbatim. For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 302 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom. The text of the email shall include the name and contact information, including email address, of the attorney or party who will appear at the hearing.
The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
