51. Brown v. Defendant City of Newport Beach’s demurrer to Plaintiff Craig City of Brown’s Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) is SUSTAINED. Newport (Code Civ. Proc. §430.10, subd. (e).) Beach Defendant renews its demurrer to Plaintiff’s Third Cause of 2025- Action for Failure to Provide Reasonable Accommodation, 01476699 which the court previously found to be inadequately pleaded. (ROA 51.)
