April 20, 2026, Case Management Conference Tentative Rulings
1. CL0003673 Edmond M. Lucas v. Christina Collins No appearances are required. On its own motion, the Court continues the case management conference to August 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. Plaintiff shall file a proof of service, an application for service by publication (as appropriate), or a request for dismissal of Defendants no later than two weeks prior to the continued case management conference date.
2. CU0001258 Randy Lee Miller vs. Nevada Commons No appearances are required. The order to show cause is dismissed in the interests of justice. A request for dismissal with prejudice has been filed. This case is dismissed with prejudice.
3. CU0001750 McKellar Tree Service & Logging, Inc. vs. Blue Lead Gold Mining, LLC et, al. Appearances are required. Attorney Lindy Scoffield shall show cause why she should not be sanctioned for failing to appear as required on January 12, 2026. Separately, this case is at issue. Jury fees are unpaid. A default prove up hearing as to claims against Defendants Blue Lead Gold Mining, LLC., and Enegix Mining Group will be heard in conjunction with the trial.

5. CU0002366 Alan Godlove et al vs. NV5, Inc, et al. No appearances are required. On its own motion, the Court continues the case management conference to August 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 6. A cross-complaint has recently been filed. Cross-Defendants shall file a responsive pleading, or Cross-Complainant shall file a request for default (as appropriate) or request for dismissal of Cross-Defendants at least two weeks prior to the continued case management conference date.
6. CU0002367 Diana Dentoni vs. Patrick Gilmore Appearances are required. Plaintiff is ordered to show cause why the Court should not strike the amended complaint filed without leave of court on December 8, 2025 (after Defendant answered the complaint on December 4, 2025), and vacate entry of default entered on January 28, 2026.
