TENTATIVE RULING: APPEARANCES ARE NOT REQUIRED. The Court acknowledges the Court Investigator Memo filed on June 10, 2026. The Petitioner is directed to review the filed Court Investigator Memo and address or cure the deficiencies identified therein. The case is CONTINUED to July 21, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in Department 5 for further proceedings. If at that time the petitioner has cured the deficiencies noted in the Investigator’s Memo, appearances will not be required.
