§ 7832 — COMBINED DISTRICT: HEARING

WL § 7832Ch. 3. WATER CONTROL AND PRESERVATION DISTRICTS

Statute text

The commissioners court of each county shall hear and determine the matters relating to the establishment of said district in their county, in the same manner as provided for a single district, and appeals may be taken therefrom to the district court of any county in which any part of said district is situated, in the manner provided herein for a single district.
