§ 7819 — APPEAL: PROCEEDINGS

WL § 7819Ch. 3. WATER CONTROL AND PRESERVATION DISTRICTS

Statute text

Within five days from the filing of the appeal bond, the county clerk shall transfer to the district clerk all records filed with the commissioners court pertaining to the establishment of said district, and it shall not be necessary to file additional pleadings in said court. The court shall set the matter down for hearing de novo, and the matters shall be tried and determined by the court. The judgment of the district court shall be final and conclusive, and shall be certified to the commissioners court for its further action.
