View on source(a)The commissioners court shall provide for disposition and sale of district property, and after giving the required bond, the trustee shall assume control from the commissioners court of the district's property, including money in the district treasury and books, notes, accounts, and choses of action.
(b)The trustee may sue any person in possession of property of the district or owing a debt to the district as though the district were still organized and may employ counsel to assist him in all suits and in the care and management of the business of the dissolved district.
