§ 56.207 — BONDS: SALE

WA § 56.207Title 4. GENERAL LAW DISTRICTS · Ch. 56. DRAINAGE DISTRICTS · Art. F. ISSUANCE OF BONDS AND NOTES

(a)The board shall advertise and sell the bonds on the best terms and for the best price possible.

(b)The board shall deposit all money from the sale of the bonds as it is received into the construction and maintenance fund of the district.
