View on sourceIf the district issues refunding bonds for a greater amount, for a greater rate of interest, or for a longer period of maturity than the bonds which they are to replace or if the refunding bonds in any other respect create a greater burden on the district, the district shall submit the question of whether or not it should issue the refunding bonds to the voters of the district.
