§ 55.367 — LAND NOT SUBJECT TO ASSESSMENTS

View on sourceIf a district fails to furnish sufficient water to irrigate land in the district for two years after its organization, the nonirrigated land is relieved of all assessments and charges except taxes until the district constructs the necessary canals and furnishes the necessary water to irrigate the land.
