View on sourceThe district may sell to the highest bidder at a public sale any land acquired by the district through foreclosure of liens for maintenance and operation assessments or acquired by the district for any purpose other than carrying out its plans. The board may use proceeds from the sale for making improvements in the district, for maintenance and operation of the district's system, or for carrying on district business.
