View on sourceThe board may accept on behalf of the district appointment as the fiscal agent for the United States on any federal reclamation project. As fiscal agent, the district may assume the duties and perform the acts incident to this capacity and shall do anything required by federal statutes and rules and regulations established by any department of the federal government.
