§ 54.240 — NOTICE

WA § 54.240Title 4. GENERAL LAW DISTRICTS · Ch. 54. MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICTS · Art. D. POWERS AND DUTIES

The commission shall give notice of the petition to persons who the commission determines may be affected by the petition, including:

(1)the board;

(2)the owners of land within the district; and

(3)the ratepayers of the district who are served by the facilities that are the subject of the petition.
