View on sourceThe provisions of this subchapter do not alter or impair the right of a district to make, establish, and collect maintenance and operation charges for service rendered; to levy and collect taxes to secure funds to maintain, repair, and operate all works and facilities; and to give and maintain proper service for the purposes of its organization.
