§ 51.404 — ISSUANCE OF PRELIMINARY BONDS

A district may issue preliminary bonds to create a fund to pay:

(1)costs of organization;

(2)costs of making surveys and investigations;

(3)attorney's fees;

(4)costs of engineering work;

(5)costs of the issuance of bonds; and
