View on sourceThe board may sell property bid in by it at any sale under foreclosure of its tax lien or of its lien for charges or assessments, or any property acquired by it other than for the purpose of carrying out the plans of the district, without formally determining that the property is not required to carry out the plans of the district, without giving notice of the intent of the district to sell the property, and without applying the proceeds of the sale as provided in Section 51.192 of this code.
