View on sourceThe boards of two or more districts may adopt resolutions to enter into a joint lease under the provisions of Section 51.173 of this code. The joint lease shall specify clearly the respective rights and liabilities of the districts and shall be subject to all the provisions of Sections 51.173-176 of this code.
