View on sourceThe board shall levy annually sufficient assessments to collect the money required to pay all the district's obligations in full when due regardless of any delinquency in payment of assessments by any tract of land. If collections in any year are insufficient to pay the obligations of the district, the levy shall be increased sufficiently the following year to cover the deficit.
