View on source(a)The district may pay out of bond proceeds or other available funds of the district all expenses of the district authorized by this section, including expenses reasonable and necessary to effect the issuance, sale, and delivery of bonds as determined by the board, including, but not limited to, the following:
(1)interest during construction;
(2)capitalized interest not to exceed three years' interest;
(3)reasonable and necessary reserve funds not to exceed two years' interest on the bonds;
(4)interest on funds advanced to the district;
(5)financial advisor, bond counsel, attorney, and other consultant fees;
