§ 43.0053 — CANADIAN RIVER REVOLVING FUND

Statute text

All sums of money paid to the Canadian River revolving fund composed solely of funds of the State of Texas shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of a special fund to be known as the Canadian River revolving fund and may be used only for the administration of this Act.
