View on source(a)In an application to the Texas Water Development Board for financial assistance from the loan fund, the applicant shall include:
(1)the name of the district and its board members;
(2)a citation of the law under which the district operates and was created;
(3)a description of the initial operations;
(4)the total start-up cost of the initial operations;
(5)the amount of state financial assistance requested;
